This site stores in-world avatar keys and names in a database for some of my free products so that I can update those products.
The IP addresses of your machine is not logged from any virtual world, but may be logged when you view a web page or when I examine logs for quality control purposes.
Some products send in-world chat to this server in order to show it on-screen after processing by this and other servers. This is done securely and is encrypted where possible. Any chat that may be used from Second Life™ is stored in RAM or temporary work queues and is immediately erased after use. Third party services such as Google and Wolfram Alpha may have access to the chat as an essential part of the particular service. All such chat sent to third party suppliers is anonymous, with no IP or name information attached.
Additional licensing may be involved by contracted third parties such as Google Translate and Wolfram-alpha.com.
The server may automatically collect and store certain information in server logs. This may include details of how you used our service, such as your search queries or Internet protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL as well as cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
If you would like to submit a copyright claim for material on which you hold a bona fide copyright, I request that you substantiate such claim by providing the following information via email to the Outworldz,LLC Registered Agent. To be considered effective, a notification of a claimed copyright infringement must be provided to and must include the following information:
An electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive copyright that has allegedly been infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit me to locate the material.
Information to contact you, such as a name, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner, or is authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Upon receipt of appropriate notification fom you, pursuant to the above, I will remove or disable access to the material that is claimed to be infringing.
I will forward your written notification to such alleged Infringer and shall take reasonable steps promptly to notify the ifringer that I have removed or disabled access to the material.
It is my policy to provide for the termination of acess by users who violate this policy or are repeat infringers of copyrighted works, trademarks or any other intellectual property. ~ Fred
